    USD 383 announces curbside pickup of free meals through next week

    All children 1-18 needing a meal this week will be able to pick up a free to-go lunch at some select USD 383 schools beginning today. This will be offered to anyone regardless of income level.

    USD 383 Child Nutrition says curb side pick up of hot to-go lunches and a cold breakfast for the next day are available from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the following locations:
    *Bluemont Elementary pickup will be on the west side of the building
    *Lee Elementary School pickup will be in the front of the building
    *Northview Elementary School pickup will be in the front of the building
    *Ogden Elementary pickup will be in the front of the building
    *Redbud Estates next to the main office building
    *Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School pickup will be on the east side of the building
    *Woodrow Wilson Elementary pickup will be on the north side of the building

    *Cold sack lunches will also be available for children to pick up in the Colonial Gardens Mobile Home Park from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

    Meals will be provided Monday- Friday through next week.

    Similar free meal pick ups are happening in Wamego, where grab & go meals can be picked up Monday through Friday at the Wamego City Park Train Shelter House from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for all USD 320 students. Curbside pickup is available.

    In Junction City, free meals can be picked up from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the following locations:

    12th Street Community Center Parking Lot (1002 W. 12th Street)

    Dorothy Bramlage Public Library Parking Lot (230 W. 7th Street)

    Seitz Elementary School Parking Lot (27500 Rifle Range Rd)

    Spring Valley Elementary School Parking Lot (1601 Hickory Lane)
