Officers filed a report for aggravated assault of LEO in the 1000 block of Yuma St. in Manhattan on November 30, 2021, around 1:23 p.m. Officers listed a 40-year-old male police officer as the victim when it was reported a 79-year-old male suspect threatened him with a gun. Stanley Edward Hoerman, 79, of Manhattan was arrested in connection for aggravated assault of LEO. Heorman was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
