The battle for the silver trophy is tonight as the top-ranked team in 6A, Manhattan High, visits Junction City. The Indians are the only unbeaten team on the western side in 6A, with Junction City at 4-1 and ranked 5th. Game time is at seven, with coverage on Newsradio KMAN from JC beginning at 6:30.

Wamego continues its pursuit of an unbeaten mark tonight when it hosts Shawnee Heights. The Red Raiders are one of four teams in Class 4A that have yet to lose this season, but the only one on the western side of the class. The Thunderbirds are 3-2 after being shut out last Friday night by DeSoto. Coverage of that contest on B104.7’s Carpet One of Manhattan Game of the Week begins at 6:30.

Having moved to #6 in 3A behind a 4-1 mark, Rock Creek visits Hiawatha. Riley County visits Horton, with both teams seeking their second win of the year. Blue Valley-Randolph travels to Frankfort in an 8-man affair. The Wildcats are 2-1 in Twin Valley League action, while the Rams have yet to win a league contest.
