A Manhattan woman has been arrested in connection to sex crimes involving a 13 year old boy.
The Riley County Police Department says 28-year-old Elizabeth Butry was arrested Tuesday on three counts of rape, two counts of contributing to a child’s misconduct and single counts of attempted rape and furnishing alcohol to a minor. She remained jailed ahead of her first court appearance Wednesday.
Online court records allege the incidents occurred several times over the final two weeks of February.
A status conference is scheduled for 1 p.m. April 25 in front of Judge William Malcolm.
Due to the nature of the crimes, RCPD is not releasing any further information.
