    Anthony Moss, 56, of Manhattan was arrested on August 8, 2023, around 11:00 a.m. for four counts of violation of offender registration after he failed to properly maintain registration pursuant to the Kansas Offender Registration Act. Moss remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $30,000.

    Isaac Hagans, 25, of Manhattan was arrested on August 8, 2023, around 2:15 p.m. for possession with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers found him to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the 2700 block of Eureka Ter. in Manhattan. Hagans remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $8,000.

    Eladio Alvarez, 44, of Manhattan was arrested on August 8, 2023, around 7:15 p.m. on two Riley County District Court warrants for violation of a court order. These warrants stem from original charges of possession with the intent to distribute. Alvarez remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $220,000.

    Officers filed a report for theft and criminal damage to property in the 3000 block of Dickens Ave. in Manhattan after a 32-year-old man reported a 45-year-old man cut a 10G extension cord on his property and stole an AGP exhaust manifold. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,100.
