    Wildcat Pride has a new home with all the luxuries

    A dedication presentation was held on Ahearn Memorial Field for the Tracz Family Band Hall Friday afternoon.

    Director of Bands, Dr. Frank Tracz provided insight into the new perks of having a band hall near where the K-State Marching Band rehearses.

    Friday’s presentation included a short performance by the K-State Marching Band, some kind words from Head Drum Major Audrey Farrell, and a conclusion speech by Dr. Tracz, who says he is grateful the project could become a reality.

    Tracz says that he is excited for the K-State Marching Band to have their own space.

    The presentation on Friday included a short performance by the K-State Marching Band and brief speeches from Head Drum Major Audrey Farrell and Dr. Tracz. Tracz also says he is grateful for the support from generous donors, and that the band hall would not have been possible without them.

    The dedication ceremony was attended by many K-State Marching Band Alumni who are happy to see that the band finally has a home.
