    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 2500 block of Stagg Hill Road in Manhattan on November 30, 2023, around 7:59 AM. Officers listed a 66-year-old male and a 56-year-old female as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect took a Glock 9MM from their residence. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $950. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on November 30, 2023, around 1:24 PM. Officers listed Ulta Beauty as the victim when it was reported two unknown suspects took multiple items from the store. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,480.     Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 2900 block of Stagg Hill Road in Manhattan on November 30, 2023, around 3:04 PM. Officers listed the City of Manhattan Parks and Recreation as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged a screen and glass on an exterior window and then stole a 2021 Polaris 570 4×4 ranger, 4 Dewalt tools, and a MIG Welder.     Travis Layne, 35, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 30, 2023, around 4:50 PM. Layne was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for violate the offender registration act (x12). Layne was issued a total bond of $50,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
