The total loss associated with this case is approximately $7,500. Officers in Salina, Kansas were able to recover the vehicle several hours later.
Dallas Colbert, 19, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road in Manhattan on January 22, 2024, around 1:40 PM. Colbert was arrested on probable cause offenses for burglary, theft of property or services, criminal damage to property, use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. Colbert was issued a total bond of $15,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
