    Officers responded to the report of an injury crash in the 300 block of E. Poyntz in Manhattan on January 29, 2024, around 10:33 AM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2004 Silver Saturn Ion driven by Erica Arnold, 21, of Wamego crashed with a 2014 black Dodge Journey driven by Robert Bellinder, 61, of St. George. Bellinder was transported to Via Christi for treatment of non life-threatening injuries. Arnold was issued a citation for improper right turn.

    Brian Droge, 43, of Manhattan was arrested in the 1600 block of Osage Street in Manhattan on January 29, 2024, at approximately 5:25 PM. Weeks was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for burglary and theft of property or services. Droge was issued a total bond of $8,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
