    Officers filed a report for theft in the 2000 block of Rock Hill Circle in Manhattan on February 9, 2024, around 1:00 PM. Officers listed a 101-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect removed and stole numerous Kansas State University Championship Rings. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for burglary in the 1800 block of Henton Road in Riley County on February 10, 2024, around 6:52 AM. Officers listed the Riley County Transfer Station and Hamm Waste Management as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect(s) broke into the station and took a laptop, leaf blower, and other miscellaneous tools/equipment. The suspect(s) also damaged door hinges. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,950.     Officers filed a report for theft of lost/mislaid property and criminal use of a financial card in the 1200 block of Moro Street in Manhattan on February 10, 2024, around 11:07 AM. Officers listed a 22-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole her iPhone and used her debit card that was with the phone.     James Williams, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 1800 block of Laramie Street in Manhattan on February 12, 2024, around 12:11 AM. Williams was arrested on probable cause offenses of driving under the influence, possession of a firearm under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and possession of marijuana. Williams also had an active warrant for criminal discharge of a firearm. Williams was issued a total bond of $8,250 and was confined at the time of this report.

    Marcus Grant, 40, of Junction City, was arrested while in the 200 block of Seventh Street in Ogden on February 12, 2024. Grant was arrested on a Dickinson County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Grant was issued a total bond of $50,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
