    Officers filed a report for unlawful discharge of a firearm and possession of stolen property report in the 100 block of Bluemont Ave. in Manhattan on February 22, 2024, around 3:34 PM. Officers listed a 20 year-old male as both the victim and offender when it was reported he accidentally shot himself. He was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries.

    Officers filed a report for DUI/aggravated battery/collision at the intersection of Kirkwood Dr. and Marlatt Ave. in Manhattan on February 22, 2024, at approximately 8:25 PM. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 2017 Ford Fusion driven by Tony Curtis, 61, of Lawton, OK, had collided with a 2018 Kia Rio driven by 19-year-old Caitlyn Smith. Smith suffered minor injuries while Curtis was transported to Via Christi for evaluation of his injuries.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1100 block of Thurston St. in Manhattan on February 22, 2024, around 8:39 PM. Officers listed the a 27-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole her purse containing money, air pods, and gift cards among other items. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $700. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.
