A Marysville woman was arrested on Saturday morning outside of Porter’s Bar in Aggieville for interference with law enforcement.
35-year-old Alyssa Rittmiller was arrest around 1:58 am in the 700 block of North Manhattan Avenue outside of Porter’s Bar in Aggieville. She is charged with one count of interference with law enforcement by resisting the execution of a misdemeanor search warrant and one count of unlawful interference with emergency medical services.
According to RCPD public information officer Ashley Tokoi, Rittmiller was asked repeatedly by officers to give space to her ex-husband who was receiving medical attention inside of Porter’s.
She remains confined in Riley County Jail on a $4,000 bond.
