    Country music star to open another season at the McCain Auditorium this September

    A country music star is set to kick off a new season of performances at the McCain Auditorium later this year.

    Country star Aaron Watson will kick off the new season in the McCain Performance Series on Thursday Sept. 5 with a performance beginning at 7:30 p.m.

    Watson has been in country music for over 20 years and has traveled the country as “country music’s ultimate underdog troubadour.”

    Tickets can be purchased online at mccain.k-state.edu or at the ticket office in the McCain lobby weekdays from noon until 4 p.m.

    Tickets can also be purchased by phone at 785-532-6428.
