    County to mail income and expense surveys to property owners

    The Riley County Appraisers office is conducting a survey of multifamily, commercial, and industrial properties where they are studying trends in the local real estate market regarding rent prices, occupancy, and operating expenses.

    Income and expense questionnaires will be mailed this Thursday, August 15th to Riley County properties in those categories. The forms are also available on the Riley County website in the Appraiser section.

    All survey responses will remain confidential in accordance with Kansas Law and standards of professional appraisal practice.
