    Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft in the 900 block of Walnut Street in Riley on August 9, 2024, at approximately 10:03 AM.  Officers listed a 30-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect was seen on video opening her vehicle and taking it overnight without permission. Total estimated loss associated with this report is $8,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated assault on August 9, 2024, at approximately 1:40 PM in the 1700 block of Fair Lane. Officers listed a 42-year-old male as the victim when it was reported David Lingle threatened the victim with a hammer.  Lingle was arrested on the probable cause offense of aggravated assault. Total bond was set at $50,000. Lingle was confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of recovery of stolen property on August 9, 2024, at approximately 4:19 PM at the corner of Westwood and Fort Riley Blvd. Officers reported a stolen 2000 Ford F250 was recovered and returned to its owner.

    Charla Albright, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 9, 2024, at approximately 11:45 PM in the 700 block of N. Manhattan Ave.  Albright was arrested on the probable cause offenses of possession of a stimulant and possession of paraphernalia. Total bond was set at $5,000. Albright was confined at the time of this report.

    Daniel Lee, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 10, 2024, at approximately 4:10 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.  Lee was arrested for the probable cause offense of battery on an LEO x 3. Total bond was set at $30,000. Lee was confined at the time of this report.

    Hayden Campbell, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 11, 2024, at approximately 1:55 AM in the 200 block of Manhattan Town Center. Campbell was arrested on the probable cause offenses of stalking and criminal restraint.  Total bond was set at $6,000. Campbell was confined at the time of this report.

    Tyrone Davis, Jr., 31, of Chicago, was arrested on August 11, 2024, at approximately 2:00 AM in the 1100 block of Moro Street. Davis was arrested on the probable cause offenses of battery on an LEO, disorderly conduct, and interference with an LEO. Total bond was set at $10,000.  Davis was confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of theft in the 100 block of Bluemont Ave. on August 11, 2024, at approximately 10:47 AM.  Officers listed Wal-Mart as the victim when it was reported a known suspect left without paying for $1,420.68 worth of merchandise.

    Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft in the 700 block of Allison Ave, on August 11, 2024, at approximately 12:00 PM. Officers listed four victims as there were items inside the stolen 2016 black Nissan Altima belonging to the four people associated with the report. Among the stolen items were an iPad, Airpods, military gear, tools, etc. Total loss for the contents of the vehicle is approximately $3,500. Total loss associated with the vehicle is over $11,000.     Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft (moped) in the 800 block of Kearney Street on August 11, 2024, at approximately 2:27 PM. Officers listed a 20-year-old male as the victim when it was reported his 2002 Honda Elite 80 Moped was stolen by an unknown subject from his back yard. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $1,200. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft in the 400 block of Knox Lane on August 11, 2024, at approximately 8:12 PM.  Officers listed a 24-year-old male as the victim when it was reported his 201o silver Honda Accord was taken by an unknown subject. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $12,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Henry Lige III, 37, was arrested on August 11, 2024, at approximately 4:57 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.  Lige was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges in this matter were aggravated battery and interference with an LEO. Total bond was set at $34,000. Lige was confined at the time of this report.
