    Preston Jones, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 12, 2024, at approximately 10:50 AM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Jones was arrested on probable cause offenses of violation of the offender registration act x 3 and perjury x 2. Total bond was set at $5,000. Jones was not confined at the time of this report.

    Kyle Tarpey, 19, of Ogden, was arrested on September 12, 2024, at approximately 3:35 PM in the 300 block of Twelfth Street. Tarpey was arrested on probable cause offenses of violation of the offender registration act x 4 and perjury. Total bond was set at $12,000. Jones was confined at the time of this report.

    David Nelson, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 12, 2024, at approximately 8:37 PM in the 100 block of S. Seth Child Road.  Nelson was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for breach of privacy. Total bond was set at $12,000. Nelson was not confined at the time of this report.
