Officers filed a report of aggravated assault on September 20, 2024, at approximately 11:39 AM in the 600 block of 3rd Place.  Officers listed 49-year-old male as the victim when it was reported Anthony Sutton threated to kill him.  Sutton, 42, of Manhattan, was arrested on the probable cause offense of aggravated assault. Bond was set at $7,000. Sutton was confined at the time of this report.

Amy Roth, 38, of Paxico, was arrested on September 20, 2024, at approximately 2:19 PM in the 100 block of N. 4th Street. Roth was arrested on the probable cause offenses of violation of a protection  order x 3. Total bond was set at $9,000.  Roth was confined at the time of this report.

Ryan Inglett, 38, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 20, 2024, at approximately 4:57 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.  Inglett was arrested on probable cause offenses of violation of a protection order x 2. Total bond was set at $6,000. Inglett was confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report of theft on September 21, 2024, at approximately 4:31 PM in the 100 block of Bluemont Ave.  Officers listed Wal-Mart as the victim when it was reported a known suspect stole $1,43.14 worth of merchandise from the store.

Charles Smith, 51, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 21, 2024, at approximately 5:21 PM in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creak Blvd.  Smith was arrested on the probable cause offenses of domestic battery x 2 and assault. Total bond was set at $12,000. Smith was confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft on September 22, 2024, at approximately 12:24 PM in the 1000 block of Osage Street. Officers listed a 22-year-old male as the victim when it was reported his 2012 Suzuki motorcycle was stolen overnight by an unknown suspect. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $6,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.
