Officers filed a report of fraud in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on September 24, 2024, at approximately 12:51 PM. Officers listed a 38-year-old male as the victim when it was reported he withdrew money from his bank and deposited it into a CoinStar machine in a scam that involved an unknown subject posing as a lieutenant from Riley County Police Department. Nichole Morehead, 21, of Ogden, was arrested on September 24, 2024, at approximately 3:34 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Morehead was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for theft of property or services, distribute opiates/opium/narcotic/ stimulant/ heroin dosage 10 -< 100 units, use of a communication facility. Total bond was set at $8,000. Morehead was not confined at time of this report.
