    Officers filed a report of an injury accident at the corner of McCall Road and Hayes Drive on September 27, 2024, at approximately 6:00 PM.  Officers report Marie Freeman, 56, of Manhattan, failed to yield at the red light and her 2018 Ford F150 struck Tabitah Dobrovolny, 32, of Ogden who was driving a 2018 Chevy Malibu. Freeman was transported to Via Christi by EMS for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Freeman was cited for failure to stop at a red light.

    Officers filed a report of an injury accident on September 28, 2024, at approximately 7:26 PM at the corner of University Park Road and Tuttle Creek Blvd. Officers report a 2009 GMC 2500 driven by Thomas Henton, 65, of Clay Center, collided with a 2022 Hyundai Accent, driven by Kristtoffer Schrater, 45, of Marysville. Officers report Schrater was transported via EMS to Via Christi for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and his passenger, Debra Schrater 35, also of Marysville was transported via Medical Flight Helicopter to Stormont Vail for treatment of her injuries. Henton was not injured and was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.

    Officers filed a report of rape in Manhattan on September 28, 2024, at approximately 10:01 PM. Due to the nature of this report, no other information will be released at this time.

    Officers filed a report of theft by deception on September 29, 2024, at approximately 12:34 PM in the 300 block of Poyntz Ave.  Officers listed Weisner’s Sew Unique as the victim when it was reported a known subject passed a check for two sewing machines that did not clear the bank. Total loss associated with this report is $3,384.

    Jonathan White, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 29, 2024, at approximately 8:00 AM in the 800 block of Dondee Drive. White was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges in this matter are for interference with an LEO and disorderly conduct. Total bond was set at $10,000. White was confined at the time of this report.

    Dania Decoteau, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 29, 2024, at approximately 6:14 PM in the 1400 block of Watson Place. Deconteau was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charge in matter was for aggravated assault.
