Manhattan residents can expect some additional road construction in downtown for the next week to repair potholes.
The City issued a press release on Monday saying that 12th Street in Manhattan will be closed to through traffic at the Houston Street intersection starting Monday, October 7, southwest of City Hall. East-west traffic on Houston will be unaffected by the closure and will be able to access 12th Street to the south.
The closure is expected to last for about a week while the Street Division works to repair recurring potholes at the intersection.
