Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary on October 9, 2024 at approximately 4:17 p.m. in the 100 block of East Butterfield Rd. Officers listed a 55 year old male as the victim when it was reported. A known subject entered the victim’s residence without permission with a weapon.
Officers filed a report of an injury accident on October 9,2024 at approximately 10:51 p.m. at the intersection of 12th Street and Fort Riley Blvd. Officers reported Kade Schulze, 29, of Manhattan, was riding a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja when an unknown vehicle driven by an unknown subject struck him. Schulze was transported via EMS to Via Christi for life threatening injuries.
Mandy Torres, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested on October 9, 2024 at approximately 7:33 p.m.. in the 700 block of Griffith Dr. Torres was arrested on a probable cause offense of aggravated burglary. Total bond was set at $15,000. Torres was confined at the time of this report.
Adrian Ortega, 48, of Ogden, was arrested on October 10, 2024 at approximately 4:46 a.m. in the 200 block of Seventh Street. Ortega was arrested on a probable cause offense of violating a protection order. Total bond was set at $6,000. Ortega was confined at the time of this report.
