    Officers filed a report of aggravated battery on December 27, 2024, at approximately 3:43 PM in the 700 block of Fort Riley Blvd.  Officers listed the victims as a 46-year-old male, 20-year-old female, and an 18-year-old female as the victims when it was reported a road-rage incident escalated. Officers report the alleged subject, a 60-year-old male, was also listed as a victim as he reported harm was threatened upon him after he pointed a gun in the direction of the three other victims. David Beck of Manhattan was arrested for criminal threat and aggravated assault x 2. Total bond was set at $10,000. Beck was not confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of an unlawful discharge of a firearm and criminal possession of weapons on December 27, 2024, at approximately 6:57 PM.  Officers report 14-year-old Radwan Alderous, of Manhattan, unintentionally shot himself. Alderous was transported by EMS to Via Christi Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.

    Officers filed a report of criminal discharge of a firearm on December 27, 2024, at approximately 9:06 PM in the 300 block of Brookway. Officers report an unknown subject fired two shots into the residence before departing the area. No one was injured. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Michelle Wolfe, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested on December 27, 2024, at approximately 1:56 PM in the 2000 block of Strong Ave. Wolfe was arrested for the probable cause offense of domestic battery. Total bond was set at $6,000. Wolfe was confined at the time of this report.

    Jamal Rhsard, 47, of Wichita, was arrested on December 28, 2024, at approximately 5:16 PM in the 400 block of Fort Riley Blvd. Rhsard was arrested for the probable cause offenses of criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, interference with an LEO, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, distribute heroin/certain stimulant/ fentanyl >100 grams, distribute material containing fentanyl- dosage 50 to <250 units, and distribute opiate/opium/narcotic/certain stimulant <3.5 grams. Total bond was set at $40,000. Rhsard was confined at the time of this report.
