    The RCPD has released details on various incidents and arrests that occurred between January 17 and January 18, 2025.

    Reported Incidents:

    1. Non-Injury Accidents
      • A series of non-injury accidents were reported across Manhattan, including incidents on Fair Lane, South Seth Child Road, and the intersection of Tuttle Creek Boulevard and McCall Road.
    2. Battery
      • A battery case was filed on Palomino Lane in Ogden and another on Sandstone Drive in Manhattan.
    3. Disorderly Conduct
      • Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at Tubby’s Sports Bar on Moro Street.
    4. Larceny
      • A theft was reported at Target in the Commons Place area.
    5. Warrant and Court Order Violations
      • Multiple incidents involving outstanding warrants and court order violations were documented, primarily centered around the Riley County Jail.

    Recent Arrests:

    1. Driving Under the Influence
      • Carter Lee Beardsley, 20, of Manhattan, was arrested for DUI with a bond set at $750.
    2. Disorderly Conduct
      • Tommy Lee Brown, 23, was arrested for brawling or fighting at Tubby’s Sports Bar. His bond was set at $500.
    3. Driving While Suspended
      • Jake Alan Lindsey, 38, was arrested for driving with a suspended license. His bond was set at $750.
    4. Possession of Stolen Property and Other Charges
      • Landen Riley Bearce, 22, of Manhattan, faces multiple charges, including burglary, possession of stolen property, and weapons violations. He remains confined with a bond set at $30,000.
    5. Court Order Violations
      • Ronnie Carson Summerset Jr., 26, was arrested for violating court orders. His bond is set at $50,000.
    6. Failure to Appear
      • Brian Keith Flanary, 45, of Topeka, was arrested twice for failure to appear. Each bond was set at $500.
