    RECAP: Manhattan girls and boys compete at Dodge City Invitational

    Due to weather, weekend tournaments were canceled for Wamego, Rock Creek and Riley County. However, thanks to traveling West, Manhattan was able to compete this weekend at the Dodge City Invitational.

    Manhattan Boys finished its two day tournament tied for first with Hoxie at 221 team points.

    Individual Results

    106 – Franke Force (21-15) placed 4th. Went 5-3 with four pins.
    113 – Jack Hutchinson (28-8) placed 2nd. Finished 7-2 and won first six matches.
    120 – Tucker Werth (9-15) placed 12th. Had a 4-6 weekend with two pins.
    120 – Benjamin Busch (23-16) placed 10th. Finished 5-5 with two pins.
    126 – Cameron Coonrod (22-6) placed 2nd. Went 8-2 with six wins by pin.
    132 – Caeleb Hutchinson (35-1) placed 1st. A 9-0 weekend with five pins.
    138 – Bode Busch (14-15) placed 8th. Finished 4-5 with two pins.
    138 – Joseph Panfil (15-19) placed 10th. Went 5-4 with two pins.
    144 – Brecken Crist-Funk (18-15) placed 9th. 5-4 weekend with four pins.
    150 – Logan Lagerman (27-4) placed 2nd. Finished 8-1 with four pins.
    157 – Jonathan Jordan (14-18) placed 14th. Went 2-7 with a pin.
    165 – Liam Nider (19-18) placed 9th. 5-4 with three pins.
    175 – Max Evans-Pryor (31-7) placed 3rd. Finished with a 7-2 weekend.
    190 – Kadin Dibbini (20-7) placed 2nd. 7-2 tournament with two pins.
    190 – Ben Uher (19-12) placed 6th. Went 6-3 with four pins.
    215 – Landon Dobson (30-2) placed 2nd. Finished 8-1 with six pins.
    285 – Garrison Vikander (23-6) placed 3rd. Went 6-2 and had five pins.

    Manhattan girls finished its one day tournament in 3rd place with 126.5 points. Dodge City took first with 232.5 points.

    Individual Results

    100 – Eva Lucios (27-1) placed 1st. 5-0 day with two pins.
    115 – Kimberly Altamirano-Cruz (7-11) placed 7th. Went 3-2 with a pin.
    120 – Carizma Ramos (12-10) placed 3rd. Finished 3-2 with three pins.
    125 – Evelyn Thornburg (22-5) placed 4th. Went 4-1 with two pins.
    130 – Eleanor Radi (20-9) placed 3rd. 3-2 with one pin.
    130 – Kieran Nider (13-7) placed 7th. Finished 3-2 with three pins.
    135 – Alayna Slifer (23-2) placed 2nd. Went 4-1 with three pins.
    140 – Tierra Young (19-9) placed 5th. 3-2 with two pins.
    145 – Sophia Hoeme (25-4) placed 3rd. Had a 4-1 day with four pins.
    145 – Lila Lewis (11-9) placed 5th. Went 3-2 with two pins.
    155 – Tasia Miller (13-5) placed 5th. Finished 3-2 with two pins.
    170 – Erica Li (4-21) placed 11th. Went 1-4 with one pin.
