William Benner, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on March 4, 2025, at approximately 7:55 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Benner was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges in this matter were possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while suspended. Total bond was set at $5,000. Benner was not confined at the time of this report.
