Riley County Police have arrested a Manhattan woman on suspicion of forgery.

According to Wednesday’s RCPD arrest report, 35-year-old Marijke Torres is additionally charged with unlawfully obtaining a prescription drug and three counts of identify theft. Officers say two women were reported as victims Monday when Torres allegedly used both women’s information to obtain the drugs.

Torres was jailed on a $14,000 bond but is no longer in custody.
