Day one of the NFL Draft has concluded with its fair share of drama. The Jacksonville Jaguars and Cleveland Browns executed one of the more surprising trades in recent draft history with the Jaguars landing Travis Hunter. The Giants got their QB – and he’s not related to Deion Sanders. The Green Bay Packers finally took a WR in round one – it had been over 20 years. The Chiefs landed an extra pick while getting the guy that most draft analysts thought would end up in Kansas City.
With days two and three on the horizon, K-State has several players hoping to hear their names called, including DJ Giddens, Jacob Parrish and Marques Sigle. Will any of them get picked in either round 2 or round 3? Where does Giddens fall in a loaded running back class? Did Parrish and Sigle’s combine performances send them up the draft boards?
