William Benner, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 14, 2025, at approximately 5:52 p.m. in Dickinson County on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The warrant stems from the original charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. Benner was issued a total bond of $500 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
