    Officers filed a report for theft in the 3300 block of Half Full Dr. in Manhattan on June 11, 2025, at approximately 7:11 a.m. Foley Equipment was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took a laptop and computer equipment. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,000. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for sexual battery near the intersection of Browning Ave. and Lori Ln. in Manhattan on June 11, 2025, at approximately 5:13 p.m. A 17-year-old woman was listed as a victim and a 48-year-old man listed as the suspect. Shawn Sinnott, 48, of Manhattan was arrested on June 11, 2025, at approximately 5:59 p.m. for sexual battery. Sinnott was issued a total bond of $50,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this release. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 700 block of Oakbrook Pl. in Manhattan on June 11, 2025, at approximately 8:21 p.m. A 72-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect entered the victims home and took her 2012 Honda CRV. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $4,000. The vehicle was recovered on June 12, 2025, at approximately 7:12 a.m. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.
