Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 800 block of Colorado St. in Manhattan on July 17, 2025, at approximately 5:14 p.m. A 30-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were listed as the victims when it was reported a 45-year-old man threw an item at the victim’s windows and damaged them. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $750.
