    Police investigating $3.6K power tool theft

    Riley County Police are investigating a theft reported Thursday morning at Home Depot in Manhattan.

    Officers filed the report Sept. 25 around 10:17 a.m. in the 600 block of Seth Child Road. Police said a known 46-year-old woman was accused of stealing power tools from the store. The estimated loss was valued at $3,611.55.

    Anyone with information can contact RCPD or Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Tips submitted through Crime Stoppers allow callers to remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
