    Sarah Drake, 35, of Park City, was arrested on September 7, 2025, at approximately 10:30 p.m., in the 1000 block of Seth Child Road in Manhattan, on a Riley County District warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from original charges of burglary, interference with a law enforcement officer and theft of property or services. Drake was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for vehicle theft in the 1100 block of Claflin Road in Manhattan on September 6, 2025, at approximately 10:48 p.m. An 18-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole her 2014 Ford Taurus. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,000. The vehicle was later found and returned to the owner.

    Erick Smith, 60, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 6, 2025, at approximately 11:08 a.m., in the 300 block of Eighth Street in Manhattan, on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from an original charge of domestic battery. Smith was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in Manhattan, on September 6, 2025, at approximately 8:08 a.m. A 44-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a 46-year-old man was listed as the suspect.

    Rhante Brown, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 5, 2025, at approximately 11 p.m., in the 1000 block of Seth Child Road in Manhattan, on a Riley County District Court warrant for three counts of using communication device in the commission of a felony drug violation, two counts of distribution of opiate and one count of distribution of a controlled substance causing death. Brown was issued a total bond of $150,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for vehicle theft in the 1100 block of Pillsbury Drive in Manhattan on September 5, 2025, at approximately 4:58 p.m. A 53-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole his 2001 Ford Mustang. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,500. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Charla Albright, 45, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 5, 2025, at approximately 4:15 p.m., in the 1000 block of Seth Child Road in Manhattan, on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from original charges of driving while on a suspended license and no proof of insurance. Alright was issued a total bond of $6,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Tanasha Dupree, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 5, 2025, at approximately 2:02 p.m., at 100 Courthouse Plaza in Manhattan, on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This warrant stems from original charges of aggravated assault, interference with a law enforcement officer, criminal threat, flee or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, battery and domestic battery. Dupree was issued a total bond of $50,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Bard Ditto, 21, of Wamego, was arrested on September 5, 2025, at approximately 12:10 p.m., near Kimball Avenue and Meadowlark Road in Manhattan, on two Riley County District Court warrants and one Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for two counts of failure to appear, possession of paraphernalia, theft, obstruction of law enforcement, minor in possession and driving while on a suspended license. Ditto was issued a total bond of $8,750 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
