    Officers filed a report of criminal damage to property at approximately 2:24 a.m. on Dec. 11, 2025 in the 1200 block of Moro. A 36-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a 21-year-old man was listed as the suspect when it was reported the suspect jumped on the victim’s car, damaging the hood and windshield. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for interference with a law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence in a felony case and obstructing apprehension or prosecution; committed or charged with a felony on Dec. 10 in the 900 block of Yuma Street. Joleann Killham, 24, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 7:57 p.m. on Dec. 10 in the 700 block of Allen Road for interference with a law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence in a felony case and obstructing apprehension or prosecution; committed or charged with a felony. Killham was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for interference with a law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence in a felony case and obstructing apprehension or prosecution; committed or charged with a felony on Dec. 10 in the 900 block of Yuma Street. Eli Smith, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 7:05 p.m. on Dec. 10 near 10th Street and Pottawatomie Court for interference with a law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence in a felony case and obstructing apprehension or prosecution; committed or charged with a felony. Smith was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Tanasha Dupree, 33, of Topeka, was arrested at approximately 1:13 p.m. on Dec. 10 in the 1000 block of Courthouse Plaza on a pair of Riley County District Court warrants for probation violation. This arrest stems from original charges that include domestic battery, aggravated assault, interference with a law enforcement officer, criminal threat, flee and elude, battery of a law enforcement officer, battery and criminal damage to property. Dupree was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of theft at approximately 11:41 a.m. on Dec. 10 in Manhattan. A 34-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported she was a victim of a text and email scam. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $9,500.
