Authorities say a 23-year-old man was found dead Tuesday afternoon in the 1800 block of Wildcat Creek Road in Manhattan.
According to the Riley County Police Department, officers responded to an unattended death shortly after 2 p.m. The man was found with what is believed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Police believe there is no reason to suspect any foul play.
The man’s name was not released.
