After missing the majority of the season with an ankle injury sustained in K-State’s season-opening loss to Iowa State in Dublin, Edwards will be redshirting this season and finding a new home for his final two years of collegiate football. Manhattan (7-2), the No. 4 seed, enters off a 47-15 win over Garden City in last week’s playoff opener. Two Manhattan residents were arrested Thursday morning on multiple drug-related charges following an investigation in the 500 block of Osage Street. According to the Riley County Police Department, officers filed reports at approximately 9:24 a.m. on Nov. 6 for possession of opium, narcotics or certain stimulants; use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; and possession of a controlled substance. Jeramia Dorsey, 45, was arrested at the time of the report and faces two counts of possession of opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, along with the additional drug-related charges. Authorities have arrested a Manhattan man accused of exposing himself to two teenage girls. The Riley County Police Department says 42-year-old Kevin Brown was arrested Thursday afternoon at 2229 Browning Ave. on seven total counts of lewd and lascivious acts. The two victims, who are 15 and 16 years old, told police Brown exposed himself several times. Brown remains jailed on a $41,000 bond.
