USD 320 had a clean audit. At Monday’s Board meeting, Agler & Gaeddert’s Tom Thomas went over elements of the 2012-13 audit report. He said all is as it should be with no violations. The audit reports attached management letter had a few suggestions that should be addressed before next year’ s audit, but nothing major. In other business, the Board approved the resolution for the Capital Outlay tax levy for one year. The resolution authorizes an annual tax levy not to exceed 4 mills. According to a report by Fox 4 (WDAF-TV) in Kansas City, Chiefs wide receiver Dwayne Bowe was arrested late Sunday night by police in Riverside, MO. A news release says Bowe was clocked going 48 mph in a 35 mph zone, and when an officer approached the vehicle, he noticed a strong odor of marijuana from inside of the vehicle. Bowe posted a bond of $750 and was released on charges of speeding and possession of a controlled substance. He has a court date scheduled for December 18th. A pair of K-State female athletes also recieved Big 12 honors on Monday. K-State point guard Leti Romero was named the Big 12 freshman of the week after averaging 20.5 points per game in wins last weekend over Tennessee State and Charlotte.  Romero, a native of Las Palmas, Spain, scored 25 points against the 49ers on Sunday as she was a perfect 7 for 7 from the field, and 10 for 14 at the free throw line.  She also pulled down a team-best eight rebounds and dished out three assists.  Romero also had 16 points, 8 assists, and 7 rebounds against…
