Officers responded to the report of an injury crash in the 300 block of E. Poyntz in Manhattan on January 29, 2024, around 10:33 AM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2004 Silver Saturn Ion driven by Erica Arnold, 21, of Wamego crashed with a 2014 black Dodge Journey driven by Robert Bellinder, 61, of St. George.
