Former Kansas State football greats David Allen and Clarence Scott along with women’s basketball star Laurie Koehn have been selected as members of the 57th Anniversary Class of 2018 to the Kansas Sports Hall of Fame, the organization announced on Wednesday. (AP) The United States, Canada and Mexico will jointly host the 2026 World Cup. FIFA member federations voted in favor of the North American bid over Morocco. Pete Hughes, a proven program builder who has accumulated more than 650 victories in 21 seasons as a head coach, was named the 21st head baseball coach at Kansas State, Director of Athletics Gene Taylor announced Friday.
