Creighton catcher Michael Emodi hit a go-ahead three-run home run in the fourth inning as the Bluejays strung together 11 unanswered runs in a 13-3 defeat of Kansas State Tuesday night at Tointon Family Stadium. According to a release from K-State Athletics. For the fourth straight season, Kansas State women’s basketball will make a postseason appearance as the Wildcats have accepted a bid to play in the 2018 Postseason WNIT and will host Saint Louis in the first round on Thursday. The time for the game between K-State and Saint Louis will be announced on Tuesday. Kansas State soccer will play seven matches on five dates during its spring schedule, head coach Mike Dibbini has announced. The Wildcats will host five matches at the K-State Soccer Complex during this schedule. K-State will start its spring schedule on Saturday, April 14, as the Wildcats will host Air Force and Oral Roberts. The Wildcats will face Air Force at 11:15 a.m., and Oral Roberts at 1 p.m., on that day. The matches will be abbreviated to 60-minutes in length with two 30-minute halves.
