McGruder helps lead K-State past Oklahoma State

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Rodney McGruder scored 24 points and Kansas State used an 18-6 run at the start of the second half to pull away from Oklahoma State and defeat the Cowboys 77-58 on Saturday.
