On Friday afternoon Manhattan City Commissioners met on the third floor of the Flint Hills Discovery Center to work out some of their goals for 2012.
Some of the key points that were brought up were sales taxes, and finding more efficient ways to conduct city business.
All of the commissioners wanted to concentrate on taking a look at some outdated ordinances, and finding ways to help developers streamline the building process in the Manhattan Area.
The next event for Manhattan City commissioners is the intergovernmental luncheon to be held on Monday at noon at the Holiday Inn on Anderson avenue.
