A 60 year old man is looking to have his probation revoked.

John Snyder, of the 3200 block of State Street, was held on a 5 thousand dollars bond after being arrested for probation violation.

The original charges for Snyder consisted of drug charges.

A 26 year old man was not only charged with one failure to appear, but two.

Edward Williams, of the 1200 block of Ratone, was held on bond for 5 thousand dollars on the first account of failure to appear and 1 thousand dollars on the second.

At about 5:10 pm yesterday, 23 year old Jaime Brockish, of the 1200 block of Ratone, was arrested and held on bond for 4 thousand dollars. 

Brockish was stopped for a routine traffic stop where officers discovered that his drivers licence was either cancelled or suspended.

Brockish was also found to be a habitual offender.

Brockish failed to make bond.

Between 11 pm yesterday and 1 this morning, an apartment at 901 Kearney was host to an aggravated burglary.

21 year old Ashley Bichel, 20 year old Kirstin Hanzlicek and 23 year old Christopher Barragan reported that someone stole a number of items from their apartment.

Among the items taken included 2 tvs, a laptop, a cellphone, jewelry, Xbox equipment and others.

The total amount lost was about 3 thousand dollars.

The suspect is unknown and an investigation continues.

It was discovered, however, that the residence was unlocked.

Between 11 pm on Wednesday and 3:45 yesterday morning, someone broke into an apartment at 1001 Laramie.

25 year old Jared Woods reported that a computer and Xbox equipment were taken.

The total amount taken was about 1 thousand 7 hundred and 20 dollar.

At this point the suspect in unknown and the investigation continues.

It was discovered, however, that the residence was unlocked.
