Several former Wildcats participated in NFL Preseason action last night. Two of them scoring touchdowns.

Miami Dolphins running back Daniel Thomas scored on a one yard touchdown run capping a 15 play, 71 yard drive for the Dolphins. It was Thomas’ lone carry of the night. The Dolphins fell 23-17 to the Carolina Panthers in Charlotte, NC.

Tampa Bay quarterback Josh Freeman completed four out of ten passes for 21 yards and a touchdown on Friday night. Freeman’s endzone strike to wide receiver Mike Williams was the only score for the Buccaneers.

Former K-State player Zac Diles of the Tennessee Titans also played last night earning one tackle in the Titans 30-7 victory over Tampa Bay.

Also, William Powell scored another touchdown this preseason last night for the Arizona Cardinals as they won 31-27 versus the Oakland Raiders. Powell scored on a nine yard run and ended up with 37 yards rushing on seven carries. Former Wildcat Reggie Walker also had 4 tackles for Arizona.
