A hearing was held this Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. in Riley County District court for Cole Drake.
Drake was charged with the homicide of fellow Manhattan High School student Tyler Dowling in April of last year.
A motion to suppress was denied on August 21st, and the next court appearance will be Monday September 24th.
Monday’s hearing was settled in chambers and Drake’s lawyer could not comment at this time. Stay tuned to KMAN for information on the result of this hearing, and coverage of Drake’s trial at the end of this month.
