A Manhattan man says he’s the victim of a Strong arm robbery.

Tharen Sparke (27) told Riley County Police he was involved in a physical altercation and partially stripped of his clothing by two suspects who are known to him.  The incident allegedly occurred near the Country Side mobile home community on Wednesday sometime between 4:30 to 5:30 in the morning.  Police say Sparke wandered the neighborhood looking for help, and a neighbor helped to call the police.
