    Junction City Man Enters No Contest Plea in Animal Cruelty Case

    A Junction City man has entered a plea as charged in a felony animal cruelty case, which involved hanging a German Shepherd puppy until it died.
    Michael Hall, 47, entered the no contest plea Friday in Geary County Court. A psychological evaluation was ordered and sentencing for Hall is set for August 15th.
