    From Kansas State Athletics

Due to an opening created on its schedule by the cancellation of the final two games of the Hardwood Tournament of Hope in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Kansas State women’s basketball has added a game against William Jewell for Monday, Dec. 8. The tip-off for Monday’s game is set for 7 p.m.

All fans will receive free general admission seating throughout the arena as well as free parking to Monday night’s game against William Jewell. Fans are encouraged to bring a canned food item or to make a monetary donation at the door to the Flint Hills Breadbasket. Doors to Bramlage Coliseum will open at 6 p.m.

Monday night’s game against William Jewell will be broadcast on K-StateHD.TV and the K-State Sports Network. The Jeff Mittie Radio Show will move to Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 6 p.m., and will be live from Old Chicago in Manhattan.

K-State and William Jewell will face each other in the regular season for the first time. This will be K-State’s first regular season game against an NCAA Division II opponent since Dec. 27, 1995 against Missouri-Rolla.
