    Riley County Police arrested Delilah Britt, 73, of Manhattan on a warrant while in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road on March 10, 2016 at approximately 4:15 PM. Britt was arrested on the offenses of distribution of opiates, opium, narcotics, or stimulants/heroin, endangering a child, and distribution with intent to distribute a controlled substance (X2). She was given a total bond of $25,000.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail. This warrant stems from investigation in July, August, and December of 2015.


     

    Dustin Molden, 43, of St. George, Kansas was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on March 11, 2016 at approximately 4:10 AM. Molden was arrested on a warrant for probation violation with an original offense of criminal trespass. He was given a bond of $5,000.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail.


     

    Yesterday law enforcement in Riley County announced that they had taken a report for and had begun investigating aggravated indecent liberties with a child that was listed as having occurred on March 6, 2016 between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. This crime occurred in the city limits of Manhattan and involved a 14-year-old female and a male suspect who is 19 years of age. The victim and suspect in this investigation are known to each other. Police arrested Anthony Ellis, 19, of Manhattan on the offenses of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, criminal sodomy, as well as criminal trespass. He was given a bond of $25,000.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail.


     

    RCPD arrested Ryan Jensen, 27, of Manhattan on March 10, 2016 at approximately 11:00 AM  while at the Riley County Police Department. Jensen was arrested on the offenses of theft (X2), criminal use of a financial card (X2), identity theft, and possession of methamphetamine. He was given a bond of $16,000.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail. This arrest is a result of an investigation into at least two thefts where wallets were taken and financial cards were used with the permission of their owners.
