Onaga police are announcing the arrest of a 19-year-old on rape and aggravated indecent liberties charges. Mikel Babcock was taken into custody Tuesday on a total of four charges, with bond set at $100,000.
Onaga Police chief Daniel Costlow tells KMAN the arrest came after an 11 month investigation. Costlow thanks the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Topeka Police Department for their assistance with locating and taking Babcock into custody.
