    RCPDReport(murder-related arrest in separate report)

    A Fort Riley man was arrested on Monday afternoon at approximately 3:55 PM in the 200 block of Custer Ave. in Fort Riley. 24-year old Larry Anumodu was arrested on the offense of rape. The arrest stemmed from an investigation that began earlier this month. He is being held on a bond of $100,000 and is confined at the Riley County jail.

    Mark Hecker, 20, of Louisville was arrested in the 1400 block of Anderson Ave. on Monday afternoon at approximately 3:50 PM. Hecker was arrested on the offense of failure to appear with an original offense of aggravated battery. He is being held at the Riley County Jail on a $7,500 bond.
